摘 要:目的 研究高频电磁波辐照人体下腹部对慢性前列腺炎患者精液的影响。方法 对 33例慢性前列腺炎患者下腹部进行高频电磁波辐照 ,辐照温度 39.6℃ ,辐照电场为 5 6 .8V/m ,每次辐照 4 5min ,隔天 1次 ,共 5次。疗程结束后 3d检查患者精液并与辐照前精液对比。结果 辐照前后 :精子密度分别为 (98.2 0± 4 5 .38)× 10 9/L和(111.87± 33.2 8)× 10 9/L ,两者差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;精子活动率分别为 (36 .4 8± 2 7.17) %和 (5 6 .2 3± 2 2 .32 ) % ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;精子快速前向运动 (A级 )比例分别为 (7.70± 5 .89) %和 (17.30± 8.15 ) % ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;正常精子形态比例分别为 (5 2 .6 1± 2 4 .95 ) %和 (5 2 .81± 2 1.73) % ,差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;精液液化时间分别为 (33± 18.16 )min和 (2 9± 11.6 8)min ,差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 高频电磁波辐照可提高慢性前腺炎患者精液质量 ,其原理还需进一步研究。Objective To study the effects of hypogastric high-frequency hertzian waves irradiance on gonepoiesis. Methods We irradiated the hypogastriums of thirty-three patients with chronic prostatitis through high-frequency hertzian waves on condition that the irradiating temperature was 39.6 ℃, the intensity of irradiance electric field was 56.8 V/m. We manipulated this process repeatedly every other day up to 5 times, and each process lasted for 45 minutes. 3 days after the last manipulation, we checked the quality of their sperm and compared it with that before irradiance.Results The mean sperm concentrations of pre-irradiation and post-irradiation were (98.20±45.38)×10 9/L and (111.87±33.28)×10 9/L respectively, no significant difference was seen (P>0.05). The mean percentages of sperm motility were (36.48±27.17)% and(56.23±22.32)% respectively, whose difference had obvious significance(P<0.01). The percentages of sperm that move in a straight line with good speed(degree A) were (7.70±5.89)% and(17.30±8.15)% respectively, which had significant difference (P<0.01). The percentages of normal morphologic sperm were (52.61±24.95)% and (52.81±21.73)% respectively, and there was no obvious difference between them (P>0.05). The time of liquefaction was (33±18.16) min and (29±11.68) min respectively, with no significant difference between them neither (P>0.05).Conclusion From the outcomes, we can draw the conclusion that the high-frequency hertzian waves had improved the quality of sperm of these 33 patients, but further study should be done in the future.
