摘　　要：叙述了聚硅烷的特点 ,聚硅烷的导电机理以及提高聚硅烷导电性能的主要途径。提高聚硅烷导电性能的途径主要有接枝改性。The characteristics and conductive mechanism of polysilane,the ways to improve the conductive performance of polysilane were discussed.Three main ways to improve the electrical conductivity were that modifying side chains,chemical doping and improving the configuration of polysilanes.
