摘 要:以金有( )络合物Eu(TTA)3(TPPO)2(简称EuFC)为目标物,利用界面反应实现聚氨酯材料包囊EuFC,制得在特定波长下发光亮度高和光单色性好的红色荧光聚氨酯微球。结果表明,EuFC和聚氨酯链段之间存在相互作用,因而显著提高了其耐溶剂性和抵抗荧光强度衰减的性能。所得产品可以用作涂料、油墨以及纸张的添加剂。Eu (TTA)_3(TPPO)_2 (EuFC,in brief), a rare earth complex with high fluorescence intensity and extremely sharp emission under UV excitation, was synthesized as target fluorescence complex. By introducing EuFC into polyurethane microsphere during O/W latex forming process and then interfacial polymerization, polyurethane fluorescence microsphere containing EuFC were prepared. Fluorescence spectra demonstrated that polyurethane fluorescence microsphere is of high intensity of fluorescence, and fluorescence intensity increases with the increasing content of complex, but increases slowly after (7.5%) of EuFC. Microsphere morphology study, IR and DSC result shows that weak interaction existing between EuFC and polyurethane chain. The resulted polyurethane fluorescence microsphere containing EuFC has excellent fluorcscence-stabilty and solvent-resisting qualification.
