摘　　要：塔里木盆地、准噶尔盆地和河西走廊地区等42个新勘探区块,总面积为220000 km2。这些区块由于构造运动剧烈,断层多,地层倾角大,易井斜。三叠系地层疏松易垮塌,并存在大段含不等径砾石或砾石夹层,钻井过程中极易出现井斜、漏失、井壁垮塌和卡钻等复杂事故;由于井壁垮塌严重,造成井径扩大,极易发生埋钻具事故,严重影响了钻井速度,致使钻井周期长,套管磨损严重。为了更好地满足钻井工程的需要,在分析西部新区地质结构特点的基础上,对巨厚砾石层和大段盐膏层井段钻井液技术难点进行了论述,提出了钻井液体系选择及钻井液性能推荐数据以及钻井液技术处理要点与措施,最后,还对钻井液技术管理与研发方向提出了意见和建议。There are 42 new exploration areas in Tarim Basin, Zhenger Basin and West River Corridor, with a total area of 220000 km 2. Because of vigorous tectonic movement, the faulted layer is in large number and the straigraphic dip is in high degree, leading borehole deviation easy to occur. In the unconsolidated Triassic formation, the rock is easy to break, making hole collapse a potential problem. In addition, due to the presence of large bogy of gravels in different radius or gravel interbed, complex accidents such as borehole deviation, lost circulation, hole collapse and pipe sticking often occur. Once the serious hole collapse happens, the hole is enlarged, resulting in drilling tools buried. As a result, the penetrate rate was lowered, the drilling circle was elongated, and the casings were damaged seriously. In order to satisfy the drilling requirements, the drilling fluid difficulties of huge gravel layer and large body of salt gypsum rock were analyzed based on the geological characteristics of the New Regions, and the drilling fluid system determination, referential data of drilling fluid properties, treating measurements were presented as well. As a conclusion, suggestion on the drilling fluid management and the developing direction was put forward.
