摘　　要：通过对1Cr25Ni20Si2耐热不锈中板化学成分、热处理制度及力学性能、断口、组织进行分析,得出带状组织与该钢种中板表面质量、性能之间的关系,制订了合理生产工艺,较好解决了该钢种的生产工艺难点。Through analysis of the chemical compositions, heat treatment system and mechanical performance, fracture and structure of 1Cr25Ni20Si2 plaate, it is shown the relationship of the band structure with the surface quality and performance of the plate.Thus the rational production technology is drafted and problems in production pertaining to this steel grade are solved.
