摘　　要：二元人格结构是社会转型的产物。当前的中国社会是正处于从传统社会向现代社会转变过程中的转型社会,因此,当前中国社会人格结构的总体特征表现为二元人格结构。仅从观念层面看,当前中国社会的二元人格结构表现为安稳型择业观与风险型择业观并存、价值型择友观与工具型择友观并存、社会条件型择偶观与个人素质型择偶观并存。随着社会转型的推进,传统人格与现代人格将从对立走向整合。Dual personality structure is a distinctive phenomenon in the process of social transformation from traditional society to modern society in China. The dual personality structure can be reflected in the concept of choosing jobs, friends and spouses. As the social transformation goes on, the relationship between traditional personality and modern personality will be changed from contradiction to integration.
