摘　　要：运用文献分析、问卷调查、访谈和常规数理统计等方法,对我国省区市体育社团和全国性体育社团管理人员的数量和学历结构、社团经费来源、兴办经济实体及管理关系等情况进行比较分析,旨在找出其异同点。With the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,the personnel's quantity condition,the educational background construction,budget source,economic entity's establishment and management relation were compared and analyzed between provincial and national athletics associations in order to find out the differences and similarities.
