糖尿病肾病血小板数量与体积变化的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察糖尿病肾病(DN)中血小板数量和体积的变化。方法　将 2型糖尿病(2DM)、DN、正常人分组,进行血小板数量、体积测定,并进行统计学比较。结果　DN患者血小板数量较 2DM、正常人明显增加。DN血小板体积亦较 2DM、正常人明显增加。结论　DN时血小板的数量、体积均发生明显改变,在DN的发生、发展中起一定作用。因此,抗血小板的治疗可能减缓DN的进展。Aim To observe the change of the quantity and volume of the blood platelet in diabetes and nephropathy. Methods Select the patient of DN and normal person to divide into two groups,measure the quantity and volume of the blood platelet and compare the result In statistics. Result The quantity and volume of the blood platelet of patient DN has evidently increased than the normal person. Conclusions The quantity and volume of the blood platelet in diabetes and nephropathy may change evidently and take effect in DN. The cure of blood platelet may slow down the development of DN.
