摘　　要：目的建立测定金花消痤丸中栀子苷含量的HPLC方法.方法色谱条件:Shim-Pack-C18柱,乙腈:水(15:85)为流动相,流速1.0ml·min-1,检测波长238 nm.结果栀子苷在5.17～51.7 mg·L-1浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率99.28%,RSD=0.64%.结论本法简便、准确、可控,可作为该产品的定量控制方法.Aim HPLC method for the determination of gardenoside in Jinhuaxiaocuo pill was established.Methods A Shim-pack C 18 column was used,with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (15 ∶85).The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min -1 , and the detection wavelength was 238 nm. Results The concentration of gardenoside was linearly related its peak area in the range of 5.17～51.7 mg·L -1 ,and the average recovery was 99.28%,with RSD of 0.64%.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used for the quantitative analysis.
