摘　　要：目的用反相高效液相色谱法测定感冒清热颗粒中葛根素的含量.方法色谱柱为依利特ODS-C18流动相为甲醇-水(25:75),检测波长为250 nm,流速为1.0ml·min-1.结果葛根素对照品在1.05～157.5 mg·L-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998.平均加样回收率98.5%,RSD为0.9%.结论该方法可行,结果可靠,重现性好.Aim A method of the determination of kakonein in ganmaoqinre granules by RP-HPLC was established. Methods A C 18 column was used with methanol-water(25 ∶75) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min -1 .The content was detected at a wavelength of 250 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the ranger of 1.05～157.5 mg·L -1 (r=0.9998).The average recovery was 98.5% and the RSD was 0.9%. Conclusion The method was reliable, simple and reproductive.
