摘  要:观察“国窖·15 73”抗自由基损伤及抗衰老效应。方法 :D -半乳糖皮下注射复制亚急性衰老模型 ;化学比色法测小鼠血清及脑、肝组织超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性和丙二醛 (MDA)含量。结果 :与模型组比较 ,5 8°、4 5°、38°“国窖·15 73”均提高小鼠血清、脑、肝组织SOD活性 ,降低MDA含量。结论 :“国窖·15 73”对DS Objective TO investigate effects against free radicals and anti-aging of“National pits·1573'.Methods A mice model of sub-acute aging was induced by continuous subcutaneous injecting D-galactose; the superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and the malondialdehyde(MDA) content in serum ,brain and liver tissue were measured by means of chemical chromatometry. Results The sub-acute aging in mice given with 58°、45°、38°“National pits·1573' compared to not given, the SOD activity in serum ,brain and liver tissue were increased, and MDA content were decreased. Conclusions“National pits·1573' may play an effective role in preventing the aging induced by D-galactose.
