摘　　要：外源赤霉素(GA3 )对处于不同处理阶段的东北刺人参种子萌发的影响的研究结果表明:在种子处理前期用一定浓度的GA3 处理种子,对种子萌发没有明显的促进作用。在较长处理时间后,用GA3 处理可以明显提高种子的发芽率。The effects of exogenous GA 3 on germination of Oplopanax elatus seeds in different treatment stage were studied in this paper. The results showed that treating Oplopanax elatus seeds with definite concentration of GA 3 in prophase of stratification had no distinct effect on seed germination. Treating Oplopanax elatus seeds with definite concentration of GA 3 in anaphase of long stratification period could improve the germination rate distinctly.
