微晶搪玻璃釉的研制

摘　　要：以Na2O B2O3 TiO2 SiO2、Li2O Al2O3-SiO2 玻璃系统为基础,制备微晶搪瓷,借助于XRD、SEM、耐酸性测试、密着性测试等分析测试方法确定了析晶与组成的关系,并对搪玻璃釉的耐酸性能以及搪玻璃的缺陷进行了探讨。The glass-ceramic enamel has been prepared on the basis of the Na_2O-B_2O_3-TiO_2-SiO_2 and Li_2O-Al_2O_3-SiO_2 glass systems. With the help of XRD,SEM,acid resistance and adherence tests analyzing method and means, the relationship of the glass-ceramic enamel between crystallization and composing was ascertained as well as the discussing of its acid resistance and defect.
