摘  要:对金丽温高速公路里东隧道温州端40m洞口段的连拱隧道进行施工全过程三维数值模拟分析。分析结果表明:连拱隧道施工的影响范围主要是本侧掌子面前方8m和拱顶竖直方向6m的围岩区域;在较低类别围岩中,为保证掌子面的稳定,应采用留核心土的施工方法;为防止施工阶段中墙的倾覆和偏转,两侧主洞的开挖距离至少应保持4个完整的施工循环;工程的支护体系在施工阶段具有足够的安全度,在施工结束后仍有一定的安全储备。Three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation analysis has been carried out for the whole construction process of the portal section with a length of 40 m at Wenzhou end of Lidong twin-bore tunnel on the Jin-Li-Wen Expressway. Result has demonstrated that the affected area due to the construction of twin bore tunnel lies mainly in the surrounding rock area 8 m to the front of the working face and 6m to the arch crown in the vertical direction on the same side. The core soil-retained-construction method is adopted in the lower surrounding rock to ensure the stability of the working face. The least 4 complete construction cycles are considered for excavated distance of main tunnel on both sides to avoid the collapse and deflection of mid-wall. The support system has enough degree of safety during the construction and definite safety stock after the completion of construction.
