摘 要:在旋流泵流场计算及测试的基础上,就结构参数对泵性能的影响进行了一系列的试验研究,根据试验结果对旋流泵的特性进行了深入分析.在对12种优秀水力模型统计分析的基础上,用数值分析的方法推导出旋流泵经验系数计算公式.经设计实例检验,该设计方法准确、实用,样泵效率比国外同类产品提高3%~4%.同时完成了旋流泵输送纸浆和煤浆的真浆试验,对旋流泵的性能特点和汽蚀问题进行了对比评析,提出了自己的见解.Based on the calculation and measurement of the inner flow field of vortex pump, experiments were carried out focusing on the influence of several structure parameters on vortex pump's performance. Analysis of the experimental results was made accordingly. Having investigated statistically the 12 excellent hydraulic models, we deduced with least square technique a coefficient design method for vortex pump. The efficiency of the pump designed by the method is 3-4 percent higher than that of the same class produced abroad, which proves that the method is proper and feasible. The vortex pump experiments with paper pulp and coal slurry are also carried out. The performance and cavitation property difference of vortex pumps with different mediums were studied. Some comments about vortex pump are presented.
