光照制对大鼠脂质3指标昼夜节律的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察光照制对SD大鼠甘油三脂(TRIG)、胆固醇(CHOL)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL)昼夜节律的影响。[方法]采用时间生物学方法,按4个时相标记(00:00,06:00,12:00,18:00),观察4组大鼠在正常光照、日夜颠倒、全昼和全夜条件下的3项指标。[结果]在正常光照(LD)和日夜颠倒(DL)条件下,大鼠血清中TRIG、CHOL和HDL含量呈现昼夜节律,峰值时点分别为9:29、0:32,4:58、20:21,21:19、20:54。在全昼(LL)和全夜(DD)条件下,各指标的昼夜节律均消失。[结论]光照制对大鼠脂质3项指标的昼夜节律起着重要作用。To observe the effect of lighting regimen on the circadian rhythm of 3 index for lipide (triglyceride, TRIG; cholesterol, CHOL; high density lipoprotein,HDL) in rats. 3 indexes of lipide were observed by the method of chronobiology in 4 period of time (00:00,06:00,12:00,18:00). The serum contents of TRIG, CHOL and HDL in rats showed circadian rhythm under the condition of LD (light time at 06:00-18:00,dark time at 18:00-06:00)and DL(dark time at 06:00-18:00,light time at 18:00-06:00).The peak time of the contents was 9:29, 0:32;4:58, 20:21; 21:19,20:54 respectively.Circadian rhythm disappeared under the condition of LL (totally light)and DD(totally dark). Lighting regimen plays an important role in circadian rhythm of indexes for lipide in rats.
