摘 要:目的:探索药物体外释放数据的处理方法及规范相应模板的编程。方法:以VBA语言自编体外释放模型拟合软件模块,加载于EXCEL平台,并予以剖析及实例应用。结果:获得中华人民共和国药典2000年版规范要求的3种释放模型的拟合结果,并经拟合优度检验,可优选优度最高的释放模型并予以输出。结论:本法运用方便,可正确使用公认准则进行数据处理。Objective: To explore the model methodology for data processing on drug release in vitro. Methods: Based on the rationale of orthogonal design, the model methodology of data process on drug release in vitro was computed in VBA and the model methodological program was integrated with EXCEL platform. The program was then tested over a real-time data-producing system on drug release in vitro. Results: The computing system architecture resulted in the most optimal model methodology and resolutions of drug release based on the test of goodness of fit to the three model formulations that were described under China Pharmacopoeia (Version 2000). Conclusion: The simple, yet full-integrity, model methodological program is completely scalable to the data process in the investigation of drug release in vitro.
