摘　　要：目的:探讨不典型胎盘早剥产前误诊的原因分析。方法:用回顾性分析方法对我院胎盘早剥误诊病例3 例进行分析。结果:2例病例以先兆早产诊治,1例以急性胃肠炎收入内科治疗。3例病例中有2例行子宫次全 切除术后出院,1例剖宫产术后痊愈出院。结论:胎盘早剥是妊娠晚期一种严重并发症,其预后的关键是早期 诊断和及时治疗。Objective:To study the causes of misdiagnosis of atypical abruption placentae.Methods:3 cases of antepartum misdiagnosed placenta abruptio from 2001~2004 were analysed.Results:2 cases were misdiagnosed as premature labour,1 case was misdiagnosed as acute gastroenteritis.In 2 cases suhtotal were performed hysterectomy and one Cesarean section.Conclusion:Abruption placental is a severe complication in third term,early diagnosis and treatment is
