风帽对干熄焦炉内焦炭下降运动的影响

摘　　要：采用示踪法和数字摄像设备,研究了焦炭在干熄炉冷态模型内的下降行为,得到了在高、低和椭圆风帽条件下焦炭下降的特点和规律。实验结果表明,风帽对焦炭下降的影响是区域性的,对焦炭下降的顺畅性影响较小。The coke descending behavior in cold state model of CDQ chamber is studied by means of the tracing method and digital camera, the feature and pattern of coke descending under high, low and elliptic vent cowl are obtained. The experimental result shows that the influence of vent cowl on coke descending is regional, there is little effect on coke smooth descending.
