统筹分析在老龄焦炉管理中的应用

摘　　要：针对老龄焦炉多发的生产故障,跟踪测试发生事故时的各类技术参数,运用统筹分析法,找出影响老焦炉生产的主要因素。通过制定维护与处理措施,使推焦电流大大降低,2次焦次数下降了81.1%,减少了环境污染,提高了经济效益。Against frequent production failure on aging coke oven, various kinds of technical data during failure are traced and measured, by means of overall analysis, main factors in aging coke oven production have been found. By taking the measure of formulating maintenance and disposal the pushing current has been greatly reduced, the pushing current in twice pushing was reduced by 81.1%, environmental pollution was reduced and economic effect is improved.
