摘 要:随着电信网络和计算机互联网络的不断融合,网络提供的业务种类将大量增加,业务管理流程越趋复杂。现有网络管理方案面临的一个问题是缺乏统一的管理流程。文章从流程化的网络管理需求分析开始,研究了面向运营商的大规模综合网络的管理流程,着重对服务管理和监控流程进行了图形化的建模研究,在此基础上提出了基于工作流执行服务的一般网络管理体系结构,论述了工作流执行服务环境、网络管理服务环境和分布式计算环境的交互和集成。With the ongoing convergence of telecommunication networks and Internet, the number of network service types will increase radically, while the service management processes become more sophisticated. An important challenge of conventional network management architectures is that they lack unified management workflow. Based on the requirement analysis of procedural network management, the paper studies the management workflow of large-scale integrated networks, while focusing on the graphically modeling of service management and monitoring process. The paper concludes that network management process inherently has the features of general business workflow, and workflow technology can be naturally applied in the building of management architecture. The paper then proposes a generic, workflow engine based network management architecture. Finally, the paper illustrates the interaction and integration of workflow execution environment, network management environment, and distributed computing environment.
