Centaur钉板系统固定治疗胸腰椎骨折应用研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨Centaur钉板系统在胸腰椎骨折前路减压中的复位、固定效果。方法　本组 4 7例 ,均为胸腰椎骨折前方压迫 ,其中屈曲压缩Ⅲ型 9例 ,暴裂骨折 2 9例 ,骨折脱位 9例 ,采用前路减压、植骨、Centaur钉板系统复位、固定。结果　均获随访 3月以上 ,无术中、术后并发症 ,未见钢板和螺钉断裂及松动现象。骨折椎体固定稳定 ,高度和生理曲度得以恢复。结论　胸腰椎骨折前路减压、植骨 ,采用Centaur钉板系统复位、固定有助于在手法复位的基础上提供更为客观、满意的复位效果 ,达到更为准确地重建脊柱的解剖功能。Objective To study the efficacy of Centaur fixation system in anterior reduction and fixation after the anterior decompression of thoracolumbar spine fractures.Methods 47 cases of thoracolumbar spine fractures operated upon by anterior decompression, bone grafting and fixation of Centaur fixation system were studied.The fracture patterns included compression fractures (Type Ⅲ, 9 cases), burst fractures (29 cases) and fracture-dislocation injuries (19 cases).Results After more than three months follow-up, there was no complication related to this fixation system, no screw loosening or broken.And it could maintain intrinsic stability, recover the height and flexion of the thoracolumbar spine region.Conclusion The Centaur fixation system could supply satisfactory reduction and stabilization after the anterior decompression for thoracolumbar spine fractures.
