摘　　要：目的　总结人工关节置换治疗化脓性关节炎后髋关节发育不良的临床经验及意义。方法　回顾性分析近 6年来收治的 13例患者的病例资料 ,探讨术前准备、术中的手术技巧对术后疗效的影响。结果术后随访 4～ 36月 ,平均 2 3. 4个月。所有患者术后无伤口及关节内感染发生 ,无术后坐骨神经损伤、股骨骨折、髋关节脱位等并发症。髋关节疼痛消失 ,患者双下肢长度相等 ,跛行消失。术后Harris评分 70～ 85分 ,平均 76 . 3分。结论　人工关节置换是治疗化脓性关节炎后髋关节发育不良的较好方法 ,术后能够获得良好的关节功能。Objective To study the clinical result of total hip replacement in the treatment of hip arthrodysplasia following childhood suppurative arthritis.Methods The data of 13 cases of hip arthrodysplasia following suppurative arthritis were retrospectively analysed.The influence of preoperative preparation and operative skill on the clinical result was studied.Results The mean follow-up time was 23.4 months (4～36 months).The postoperative Harris score was 70～85 (mean 76.3).There were no complications such as infection, sciatic nerve injury, femoral fracture, postoperative dislocation of the hip joint.Conclusion Total hip replacement can achieve satisfied hip joint function in the treatment of hip arthrodysplasia following suppurative arthritis.
