摘  要:目的 探讨不同温度、时间条件下血浆凝血因子Ⅶ (FⅦ )活性的变化 ,以探寻检测FⅦ活性的最适条件。方法 凝血因子活性测定采用一步法检测血浆FⅦ :C活性水平及相应的凝血酶元时间 (PT)。将标本分别置于 0℃、2 2℃环境中 ,1、2、4小时上机检测。结果  0℃ 4小时与 0℃ 1小时、2小时 ,检测FⅦ :C活性水平差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;2 2℃ 1、2、4小时检测FⅦ :C活性水平差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;2 2℃ 1小时与 0℃ 2小时检测FⅦ :C活性水平差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论  0℃条件下血浆FⅦ可被激活 ,但在 2小时内对凝血时间测定影响不大 ,故不能及时检测的患者血样应在 2小时内用冰水保存。Objective To investigate the changes of coagulation factor Ⅶ activity at different temperature and time, and to find perfect storage condition for determining its activities.Methods One-step method was used to detect the levels of plasma factor Ⅶ activity and relevant prothrombin time.Specimens were placed in 0oC and 22oC separately, and tested at 1 hour, 2 hours, and 4 hours.Results The levels of plasma factor Ⅶ activity showed significant differences between the samples stored at 0oC for 4 hours and those for 1 or 2 hours (P<0.05).There were significant differences when it was stored at 22oC for 1 hour, 2 hours, and 4 hours (P<0.05).The prothrombin time, which induced by coagulation factor Ⅶ , did not show any significant difference when the samples were stored at 22oC for 1 hour as compared with those at 0oC for 2 hours (P>0.05), but it had significant differences as compared with those at 0oC for 4 hours, 22oC for 2 and 4 hours (P<0.05).Conclusion Plasma factor Ⅶ could be activated at 0oC, but the coagulation time will not be notably influenced within 2 hours.The specimens that cannot be detected immediately should be stored in ice water for up to 2 hours
