摘　　要：目的　探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断夹层动脉瘤的诊断价值。方法　对照手术及磁共振成像结果,回顾性分析53 例彩色多普勒超声的结果。结果　超声诊断夹层动脉瘤敏感性达92.5%,漏诊率7.5%。结论　彩色多普勒超声是诊断夹层 动脉瘤经济、准确、快速的方法。Objective To evaluate the value of color Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of dissecting aneurysm.Methods Ultrasonography was performed in 43 patients with dissecting aneurysm. The color Doppler echocardiography of dissecting aneurysm were retrospectively analyzed and the results were compared with surgical and MRI findings.Results The diagnostic sensitivity of ultrasound for dissecting aneurysm was up to 92.5 %. Conclusion The color Doppler echocardiography is the economic, accurate and fast method in diagnosis of dissecting aneurysm.
