摘  要:目的 :为带血管神经蒂股薄肌瓣游离移植提供形态学基础。方法 :在 5 7例成人已固定尸体上进行解剖观测股薄肌的主要营养血管、神经的行程、毗邻血管长度及外径。结果 :股薄肌的主要营养血管 89.4 7%起于股深动脉 ,8.77%起于股内侧动脉 ,1.75 %起于股动脉 ;神经支配为闭孔神经前支。股薄肌神经血管门位盂该肌中、上 1/ 3交界处前缘深面 ,耻骨结节与股骨内上髁距离呈正相关关系 ,其相关系数为r =0 .4 816 ,回归方程为y =6 .38+0 .1899x。结论 :通过测量耻骨结节与股骨内上髁的距离 ,可判断股薄肌神经血管门在体表的位置 。Objective:To provide morphologic foundation for nerve pedicle and tenioid vessel transplantation.Methods:The main nutrious blood vessels,and the route of the nerves,and the length and diameter of the vessel of gracilis muscle with vernier micrometer were measured in 57 adult bodies.Results:90 percent of the main nutrious blood vessel of gracilis muscle origins from deep femoral artery,7.8 percent from medial femoral artery and 2.2 percent from femoral artery.The nerve was dominated by obturater anterior branch.Neurovascular gate of gracilis muscle was located at the muscle medial and 1/3 above the boundary.The distance between the pubic tubercle and the internal epicondyle of femur hade positive correlation.Its coefficient was r=0.4816.The linear regression equation was y=6.38+0.1899x.Conclusion:Measuring the distance of pubic tubercle and internal epicondyle of femur can judge the location of neurovascular gate of gracilis muscle,and provide a convenient approach for surgical operation.
