摘　　要：目的 :探讨利用带血管蒂腓骨移植修复四肢长骨大段缺损的疗效。方法 :利用带血管蒂或吻合血管的腓骨移植治疗不同原因导致的四肢长骨大段骨缺损 12例。结果 :12例均获随访 6个月～ 8a ,平均 3.2a。所有被修复骨缺损均获良好愈合 ,获得满意的功能及外形。结论 :带血管蒂腓骨移植是修复长骨大段骨缺损的较好方法 ,可一次完成骨支架重建 ;如联合应用组织瓣移植 ,可同时完成软组织覆盖 。Objective:To study the effectcacy of vascularized fibular graft in repairing large segment defects of long bone.Methods:The vascularized fibular was used to repair the bone defect in 12 cases.Results:All the cases were followed up for a range of 6 months to eight years(3.2 years on the average).The repaired bone defects had excellent bone healing will satisfactory functional recovery.Conclusion:The vascularized fibular graft is a good procedure for the repair of long segmental defects of bone.Combined with the graft of other tissue flap,the operation can reconstruct the bone defect and fulfil the cover of soft tissue at one time,which is beneficail to the recovery of the limb function.
