摘　　要：目的　探讨SARS患者心功能不全的影响因素和处理方法。方法　回顾性分析 30 4例SARS患者住院期间的临床资料。结果　经逐步COX回归分析显示 ,与SARS患者心功能不全有关的影响因素有血氧饱和度、重症患者、糖尿病、心律失常、白细胞总数、淋巴细胞绝对值和心肌酶。结论　心律失常。Objective To study factors associated with cardiac insufficiency in patients with SARS. Methods Clinical data of 304 inpatients who suffered from SARS were analyzed retrospectively. Results COX regression analysis showed that factors associated with cardiac insufficiency included blood oxygenation, severity of the disease, diabetes, arrhythmia, total WBC count, absolute value of lymphocyte, and myocardial enzymes. Conclusion In SARS patients, arrhythmia, diabetes and severity are the main risk factors which affect cardiac function.
