摘　　要：目的　介绍用动脉化的游离静脉皮瓣急诊修复手部软组织缺损的方法。方法　采用同侧前臂动脉化的游离静脉皮瓣修复 2 0例手部软组织缺损 ,皮瓣远端血管与受区动脉吻合 ,近端血管与受区静脉吻合。结果　 17例完全成活 ,2例有部分表浅皮肤坏死 ,1例有部分皮肤全层坏死。Objective To introduce arterialized free venous flaps for emergency repair of soft-tissue defect in the hand.Methods 20 cases of soft-tissue defect in the hands were repaired by arterialized free venous flaps from the ipsilateral forearm. The distal blood vessel was anastomosed to the recipient artery and the proximal blood vessel to the recipient vein.Results Among the 20 cases, 17 survived completely, 2 had necrosis of some superficial skin,and 1 showed necrosis of partial full-thickness skin.Conclusion Arterialized venous free flaps is a successful solution for soft-tissue reconstruction in the hand.
