摘　　要：电子政务是当前城市信息建设的重点 ,其核心是内部办公管理系统 (EO)和面向公众服务的行政审批系统 (PS)系统 ,作为城市政府职能部门 城市规划管理、房产管理和国土管理 ,不但需要一般意义上的OA系统 ,更需要OA、工作流系统和GIS整体集成的电子政务GIS。本文从电子政务GIS集成应用的需求出发 ,分析了电子政务GIS集成的应用需求和特点 ,给出了电子政务GIS集成的框架结构 ,并构建了具有可快速构架、可动态集成。The key of E-government is OA and Permission System.As the department of urban planning administration,land administration and house property administration,they need not only OA and PS,but also E-government GIS which combines OA and GIS.The paper maily focused on analysis of its concept and characteristics,offers a kind of integration frame of E-government Office GIS,which can be constructed quickly,integrated dynamically and expanded with convenience.
