摘　　要：唐释慧琳《一切经音义》的转注材料"昏耄"中的"耄"是"毛"的转注字。以"耄"字为代表的转注材料证明:所谓转注,是在转注原语的基础上加注意符的一种造字方式;转注字是在转注原语的基础上加注意符而成的文字。Mao(耄) appears in Zhuanzhu(转注)material Hunmao(昬耄), which is selected from Hui Lin 's(慧琳) The Sound and Meaning of the Tripitaka (一切经音义) , and it is Mao's(毛) Zhuanzhu(转注) character. In Hui Lin's(慧琳) consideration, Zhuanzhu(转注) is a method of creating a new character. That is to add a pictographic sign on the basis of the phonetic sign, which expresses the meaning of character. It could be proved by the Zhua-nzhu(转注) materials reprsented by the charater of Mao(耄).
