分户计量供热方式下热水锅炉的自动控制

摘　　要：针对分户计量供热方式下热源厂自动控制系统,提出一种根据用户需求,恒压变量供热的模式。通过循环泵供回水压差恒压变量运行实现按需供热。结合本地区历年冬季室外环境数据和经验,制定出锅炉出口水温随室外温度变化的曲线,使DCS(分布控制系统)自动控制系统根据室外温度随季节的变化自动调整锅炉出口水温度的给定值。即热网调节方式采用"质调节"为主,"量调节"为辅的形式,热源厂根据室外气温变化确定供水温度,热用户再根据需求调节流量。According to the autocontrol system of hot water boiler under individual metered heating,this paper brings forward a heating mode with constant pressure and variable quality:making circulation bump run variably under constant pressure in order to heat in need.DCS(District Control System)can adjust automatically the water temperature out of the boiler in terms of the changing outdoor temperature with season based on its curve which was drawn with experiences and environmental data from the district.That is to say,the adjusting mode of heating net mainly adopts the'Quality Adjustment'with the assistance of'Quantity Adjustment'.
