摘  要:采用加入金属锰来改善铝熔体中富铁相杂质的形态 ,并研究了Mn的加入量对富铁相形态的影响 ,确定了当Mn和Fe的摩尔比为 1.4~ 1.5时 ,富铁相的形态变成了较规则的块状形态。并对不同Mn的加入量的铝合金进行了静态电磁净化试验 ,试验结果表明富铁相杂质的存在形态直接影响到净化效果 ,经过形态规则化的富铁相杂质净化效果有明显改善。Manganese was added into aluminum melt to improve the shape of iron-enrichment phase impurities.The effects of Mn addition on the shape of the Fe-enrichment phase were researched.It was confirmed that the iron-enrichment phase transformed into regular block-like shape with the ratio of Mn/Fe =1.4~1.5(molar ratio).The experimental results show that the shape of the Fe-enrichment phase has an obvious effect on the purification of aluminum melt with different Mn addition in static electromagnetic field,and the purification is improved with regular shape of Fe-enrichment phase.
