摘　　要：给出了直接式挤压铸造模具和双分型面挤压铸造模具设计技术要点 ;论述了挤压铸造技术方案的选择原则。实践证明 ,获得合格挤压铸造件的首要条件是设备性能稳定可靠、工艺方案正确、模具结构合理 ;必要条件是各工艺参数间要相互协调 ,应根据生产中条件的变化和各工艺参数之间相互影响调整主参数。The key design points of die for direct squeezing casting and the die with two-parting surface were introduced.Selection principle on the squeezing casting techniques was discussed.The practice showed that the dominant factors to produce qualified parts in squeezing casting include stably and reliable equipment performance,right techniques and proper die structure.Moreover,the processing parameters should be compatible and exchangable.
