摘　　要：宪法是国家的根本大法,对社会主义法制建设具有普遍的指导意义,刑事法制建设必须在宪法的指导下进行,在刑事立法和刑事司法活动中贯彻宪法的基本原则和基本精神,树立和增强忠于宪法、遵守宪法和维护宪法权威的意识。在刑事法制建设的进程坚持以人为本、实事求是、与时俱进,做到公正司法和文明司法,在宪法的指导下加强刑事法制建设。Constitution serves as the fundamental law of our nation and has great guiding significance to the construction of criminal law. The construction of criminal law should be carried out strictly under the guidance of constitution. The concept of being faithful to constitution and abiding and defending the authority of constitution should be established and reinforced.
