摘　　要：　交流变频器,是直接对交流电动机进行无级调速的装置,利用它来代替棉纺厂清花成卷机上铁炮变速系统,可实现理想的棉卷正卷率和重量不匀率,避免了铁炮皮带打滑等产生的累计误差及滞后性;同时,由于变频调速装置采用了新型大功率开关器件及全数字化微机控制,因而具有完善的控制功能和可靠合理的保护功能,可使清花成卷机实现平滑启动,及时停车和稳定安全运行,从而提高纱条质量。Alternating transducer is a device which is directly and stepless timing in the ordinary and un-synchronousal and ternating electromotor,in which it may substituted the system of shift and on the machine of loosing cotton in the factor of weave.A perfect accuracy ratio of cotton and un-equality ratio of weight may be realized; it can avoid the error of addding up and the character of lag, which produced by the leather belt of the metallic taper skidding around, etc. At the same time, because the alternating transducer adopts the new and high-power switching element ,and the full digitize of micro-computer controlling,it has a perfect function of controlling and reliable function of protecting;it may make the machine of loosing cotton start-up smooth, park in time and safet stable motion, so it improves the quality of yarn. 
