摘　　要：挤拐是电渣熔铸曲轴一步整体成型的工艺特点,而钢水液位的检测是实现挤拐的基础.本文在大型电渣 熔铸机中采用测重法来实现钢水液位的检测,同时也实现了挤拐时机的检测.Extrusion is the technological characteristic of USEC (Uniform Step Electroslag Casting) process, the detection system of the surface of the molten steel is the base of the extrusion. The paper introduced the method of measuring weight to realize the detection of the surface of the molten steel in the heavy machine of electroslag casting, and the detection of the time of the extrusion corned true.
