摘 要:本文采用W/O微乳液法制备纳米级铁酸锌(ZnFe2O4).在固定表面活性剂比为Tx-10:AEO9=1:1和油相为环己烷的条件下,改变助表面活性剂(正丁醇、正戊醇、正己醇、正庚醇)和温度研究W/O微乳液的含水量,作三元相图.发现正戊醇作为助表面活性剂对形成微乳液有利.当温度为30℃时有利于提高微乳体系的含水量,对反应有利.通过差热分析确定煅烧温度为350℃时间2h就可,通过X射线衍射(XRD)确定了反应产物是铁酸锌.利用扫描电镜(SEM)检测铁酸锌微粒,表明微粒分布均匀、形貌为球形、粒径范围在10-40nm.In this paper, the Zinc Iron Oxide (ZnFe2O4) nanoparticles are prepared in W/O microemulsions system . The effects of salinity and different cosurfactants on the phase behavior have been discussed. The optimum conditions were as follows. The emulsification temperature was 35℃;The best cosurfactant was n-pentanol; The refluxing temperature and time were 100 and 2h. respectively. The calcining heat and time was 350℃ and 2h respectively. The particles were characterized by means of DTA, XRD and SEM. The results indicated that the particle was narrow size distribution, less agglomeration, within mean size of 10-40nm.
