对高校篮球教练员体系的探析

摘　　要：大学生篮球联赛(CUBA)的产生和发展,对我国篮球运动的发展起到了巨大的促进作用,纵观CUBA联赛,发现高校篮球教练员在指导运动队训练和比赛的过程中,存在着训练的科学性不强,缺乏临场指挥经验,技、战术方法单调等问题,反映出目前高校篮球教练员的水平难于适应现代竞技篮球运动的发展。对高校篮球教练员体系进行分析和研究,旨在培养和提高高校篮球教练员的整体素质,以利于高校篮球运动的发展。The emergence and development of CUBA has a great influence of the improvement of basketball in China.Observing the CUBA matches, the author finds that coaches lack on-the-spot guidance experience and scientific methods in training.It presents a systematic analysis and research on the college basketball coaches so as to cultivate and improve the overall quality of the coaches and propel the CUBA forward.
