银川市物业管理行业存在的问题及其发展对策

摘　　要：经过近十年的探索实践,银川市的物业管理取得了长足的发展,但仍存在着一些问题。本文在对银川物业管理存在的问题及其原因分析的基础上,提出今后银川物业管理的发展对策。With the ten-year's hard work and practice,Yinchuan city has made a good progress on its real property services despite that there are still some problems to solve. In this article,having made a perfect analysis on the problems and its causes of Yinchuan city's real property service enterprises,the author proposed some wholesome countermeasures to facilitate the development of the real property service.
