薄层色谱与傅立叶变换红外光谱联用的分析方法

摘　　要：本文报导了在Analect的TLC／FTIR联用系统上对未知混合物样品A的4个组份，未知混合物样品B的两个组份，以及对含量为3微克和5微克的标样均三硝基甲苯进行测定，均得到了满意的红外光谱图。Using thin layer chromatogaphy(TLC) with FTIR to analyze some mixtures whlch are in microgram amount,non-volatile and difficult to separate is a quite simple,convenient and inexpensive method.Analect RFX-65 Chromelect TLC/FTIR system was used. Infrared spectra of four components of sample A were obtained. And also, the samples of lμg and 5μg sym-trinitrotoluene were measured in the sameway. The results showed that this method is quite sensitive and feasible to characterlze microconstituents
