摘　　要：科技期刊的生存和发展与时代进步、科技发展、经济繁荣息息相关。在全国人民全面建设小康社会的热潮中,科技期刊应与时俱进、积极投入、敢于创新、勇于实践,在为全面建设小康社会的服务中,拓宽视野、提高质量,努力开创工作新局面。The existence and development of sci-tech periodicals are closely related to the development of science and technology and economy. Sci-tech periodicals should play an active role in building a well-off society in an all-round way, advancing with the times with courage to innovate and practice.
