摘　　要：通过对当今世界篮球运动“攻守平衡,守中有攻”的竞技理念的演义以及28届奥运会篮球比赛的分析,阐明了影响篮球运动防守水平的主要因素是防守意识、防守战术、运动员身体素质和防守作风,提出了提高篮球防守水平的基本对策。Through studying of the thought that “it is the balance attack and defense, Attack in defense”, the paper shows that defense consciousness, defense tactics, player’s physical diathesis and defense style are the mostly factors of affecting the level of defense in modern basketball, and gives some suggestion about improving the level of defense in modern basketball.
