摘　　要：当今,市场就业率已成为评价一所高校教学质量重要标准,快速提高大学生的创新能力,扩大市场选择的机率是高校教育的目标,所以,中国的大学教育和教学必须与时俱进地进行改革。At present, the employment ratio of the graduates in the market has become an important standard of evaluating the teaching quality of universities. To raise the creative abilities and enlarge the graduate employment ratio are the aim of university education. Therefore, the university education and teaching should be reformed to keep the pace with the time.
