摘　　要：循环经济是一种新型的经济发展模式,大力发展循环经济,是我国坚持科学发展观,走新型工业化道路,实施可持续发展战略的重要途径和战略选择。在我国社会主义现代化建设的新时期,要采取切实可行的措施,充分发挥政府的职能,建立健全相应的政策、法规,提高国民素质,倡导绿色消费,大力推动我国循环经济的发展。Recycling economy is a new mode of economic development. In the new period of our socialistic modern construction, to promote the development of recycling economy, we should adopt feasible measures to bringing into play the function of government and sanity corresponding policy and code.
