摘　　要：　文章从理论上分析了女大学生成才心理现状,提出了女大学生健康成才应具备的心理特征及培养途径。By the analysis of the current psychology of female college students who want to be successful, this paper advances a characteristic of healthy and successful psychology and its cultivating methods ,which are believed to be reasonable and practicable.
