摘  要:本文利用循环伏安法,在裸玻碳电极上成功地制备了聚茜素红薄膜修饰电极(PARSE),详细研究了该修饰电极对NO2-的电催化作用.实验结果表明,PARSE对NP2-具有良好的电催化作用.催化峰电流与NO2-浓度在2.5×10-3-2.5×10-5mol/L之间呈良好的线形关系,线性相关系数为0.999 6,检测限可达5×10-6 mol/L,用于腌菜样品中NO2-含量的测定,取得满意结果.A stable poly(alizarin red) film modified electrode (PARSE) was prepared on glassy carbon electrode by using cyclic voltammetry(CV),and electrocatalytic property of PARSE on nitrite was studied in detail. Testing results, PARSE has good showed elec-trocatalysis to the detection of nitrite , this electrode also showed a good electrocatalytic property for nitrite. The peak currents and concentration of nitrite have a good linear response for the nitrite in therange form 2.5×10-5 to2.5×10-3mol/L,γ= 0.9996, the detection limit is 5 ×10-6 mol/L. This method has been applied successfully to the analysis of nitrite in pickle vegetables.
