摘  要:为明确禾谷缢管蚜 Rhopalosiphum padi 不同发育阶段体内保幼激素(ju-venile hormone,JH)的变化趋势,借助高效液相色谱(HPLC),确定了蚜虫 JH 测试方法,并对其 JH 进行了测定。结果表明:在若蚜阶段存在三种 JH 即 JH Ⅰ、JHⅡ和 JH Ⅲ;在成蚜阶段只能检测到 JH Ⅲ。在整个发育过程中,JH 变化趋势为虫龄越高,JH 滴度越低,无翅3、4龄若蚜体内三种 JH 均极显著高于同期有翅若蚜。母代翅型对子代不同龄期若蚜 JH 滴度有明显影响。无翅成蚜后代1龄 JH滴度极显著高于同期有翅成蚜的后代;2龄时,有翅成蚜的后代 JH 滴度骤然上升;有翅成蚜后代在2、3龄时 JH 滴度极显著高于同期无翅成蚜的后代。2龄之前是两种翅型母代的后代 JH 滴度变化的转折点,表明1~2龄若蚜期是禾谷缢管蚜翅型分化的关键时期和 JH 影响翅型分化的敏感龄期。The type and titer of juvenile hormone(JH)in Rhopalosiphum padi at different de-velopmental stages were detected by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Therewere 3 types of JH(s)at nymph stage in the aphid,namely JHⅠ,JHⅡand JHⅢ.Only JHⅢ was detected at the adult stage.JH titer of the aphid changed significantly and decreasedwhen the developmental stages of aphid increasing.The titer of JH in the 3rd and 4th instarnymph stage of alate was significantly higher than that in the relevant stage of aptera.Theadult's winged or wingless patterns have significant effect on the JH of descendant.The JH titerin 1 st instar nymph of wingless adult descendant was significantly higher than that of 1 st instarnymph of winged adult descendant,but in the 2nd instar nymph,the JH titer in winged adultdescendant increased sharply.The JH titer in 2nd and 3rd instar nymph of winged adult de-scendant was significantly higher than that of relevant stage of wingless adult descendant. Thereis a turning point on the JH titer curves of both wingless and winged adult descendant before2nd instar nymph,which indicates the stage between 1 st and 2nd instar nymphs was the crucialperiod for aphid wing development and a sensitive stage of JH impact on the wing differentiationin R.padi.
