摘  要:综述了Bt棉花对红铃虫的抗性效率和红铃虫对Bt棉花的抗性机理、抗性遗传、抗性监测及治理对策的研究进展。研究结果表明,不同种植区Bt棉花对红铃虫的抗性水平有较大差别。红铃虫中肠内Bt毒素结合位点数量减少是产生抗性的主要机制。抗性由具1个主效应的多位点基因控制,高水平抗性的产生与编码钙蛋白基因变异有关。避难所策略是红铃虫抗性治理的主要措施。抗性监测表明,自1997年以来,美国亚历桑那州红铃虫田间种群对Bt棉花的抗性频率无显著性变化。Bt transgenic cotton has become an important tool for control of pink bollworm inthe World.The studies on control efficiency of Bt cotton to the pest and its resistant evolution toBt cotton in the last decade are reviewed in this paper.The field trials on population dynamicsof pink bollworm in Bt cotton show that there is a great difference in control efficiency to thepest in Bt cotton cultured in different regions.It is found that the decrease of binding sites inthe BBMV of the larval mid-gut is a major factor in relation to resistant evolution.In most ca-ses,resistance to Cry1Ac cotton is incompletely recessive and inherited as a few loci.The mu-tation of a gene coding cadherin protein is responsible for high level resistance development.Asa key measure for resistant management to the insect,the refuge strategy has been deployed inUS since mid-1990s.The resistance monitoring data indicates that there is no significantchange in frequency of resistance alleles in field populations of pink bollworm since 1997.
