摘　　要：图书馆事业发展所遇到的经费不足的问题,实际上是图书馆劳动价值没有很好补偿的问题。本文以马克思的劳动价值理论分析指出图书商品的特殊性决定了图书馆劳动价值实现的特殊性,"一馆两制"是解决图书馆过去价值实现困境的有效途径。The problem of fund lack which librarie's development faces is the labour value of libararie's is'nt well compensated actually.The article points that the book commoditie's character make the labour value of libraie's realizing have character arcording tp the maxicm labour value theory ,and 'one labrary having two systems' is an efeetive way to solve the problem of realizing the labour value of library.
